Frequently Asked Questions for Technical Support:

1. One of the following problems is happening for me:

  • I can't view my Profile, or
  • I attempt to view my Profile, but it tries to save a file called "sendpdf.php" instead, or
  • I can't view the Sample Report on this website

How come?

To view the Profile, you will need to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader is a small, widely-used software application that is available for free online, and doesn't take long to get.

2. I provided my information and paid, but I don't have time to take the questionnaire right now. What do I do?

All you need to do is Login to our website again. Our system will remember where you left off.

3. I was completing the online questionnaire, but something happened and I only got part way through. Are my answers safe, or will I have to start all over again?

Yes, your answers are safe and you can pick up right where you left off by simply Logging In to our website again.

4. I paid for the Profile, but when I try to Login your web site says I haven't paid yet. What's going on?

On rare occasions, unavoidable technical problems can occur in the middle of the payment process. Don't worry! Simply email us at techsupport@ssizone.com to let us know of your problem. We will have a record of payment and will update your account with us to let you into the website.
